What is Reemio LTD?
Reemio is an all-in-one PropTech platform designed to simplify the real estate and construction lifecycle in Kenya. We provide a Property Management System (RMS) for landlords, a Property Listing portal for house hunters, and Construction Logistics for developers.
How do I source materials through Reemio?
Developers can request quotes for materials (cement, steel, sand, etc.) directly through the platform. We connect you with verified suppliers and handle the logistics of getting those materials to your site.
What documents do I need for Construction Logistics?
For large-scale material sourcing and logistics, we typically require your NCA Project Registration and a Bill of Quantities (BQ) summary to provide accurate quotes and scheduling.

Yes! Our rent calculator lets you filter properties based on your income and affordability.
Can I explore neighborhoods before renting or buying?
Yes, Reemio provides neighborhood insights to help you make informed decisions.
Can I filter properties by amenities?
Absolutely! You can filter for furnished/unfurnished, number of bedrooms, parking, proximity to schools, and more.
Can I save my favorite properties?
Yes, you can save listings to your account and organize them for easy access later.
How do I know the listings are genuine?
We verify listings and always check photos, property details, frequently on our platform.
How do I get notifications for new listings?
Sign up, save your searches, or favorite properties to receive instant alerts when matching listings are added.
How often are new listings added?
New properties are added daily, so check frequently or enable notifications for the latest updates.
Can I schedule a viewing through Reemio?
Yes, you can through our website and App and ensure you accept our terms and conditions.
Can I advertise my property on Reemio?
Yes, landlords and property managers can list rentals or properties for sale to reach potential tenants and buyers.
What types of properties can I find on Reemio?
Apartments, houses, commercial spaces, serviced apartments, Townhouse, massionate, Penthouses, mixed development houses, luxury properties, and more.
How do I contact Reemio for support?

Are there any hidden fees when renting or buying through Reemio?
No. Reemio does not charge tenants or buyers fees for browsing or viewing.
How secure is my personal information on Reemio?
We follow strict data privacy standards to protect user information.
Can I delete my Account?

Who is Reemio RMS best suited for?
RMS is built for landlords and property teams who want to stay hands-on while replacing spreadsheets, paperwork, and scattered tenant conversations with one organised system.
Do my tenants need to download an app?
Yes. Tenants can open the app to view lease details, check balances, make payments, and submit maintenance requests.
Can I manage more than one property?
Yes. You can manage multiple properties and units from the same dashboard, with portfolio-wide visibility and detailed records for each property, unit, and tenant.
How are rent payments tracked?
RMS supports M-Pesa and bank payment workflows, records payment history by tenant and unit, and helps you quickly identify outstanding or late rent.
Can my team use the platform too?
Yes. Invite caretakers, accountants, or other team members and give each person role-based access to only the areas they need.
Can I customise my lease agreements?
Yes. Start with a lease template or import your own and adjust rent amounts, deposit terms, dates, and property-specific clauses before sending it to your tenant for digital signing.
What reports can I generate?
You can review income, expenses, occupancy, tenant balances, and property performance, then export relevant financial records for your own analysis or accountant.
How quickly can I get set up?
We help set up your properties, units, and tenants so your workspace is ready to use. The time needed to complete setup depends on the size of your portfolio and the records you are adding.
What happens when a lease is about to expire?
RMS tracks lease dates and can alert you ahead of expiry, giving you time to discuss renewal terms, update the agreement, or prepare the unit for a new tenant.

What does Reemio Agency manage for me?
Our team can manage the full rental cycle, including marketing, tenant sourcing and vetting, leases, rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and owner reporting.
How is the management fee calculated?
Agency pricing is based on a transparent management fee agreed during your consultation. We review your portfolio and service needs before confirming the fee.
Will I approve maintenance expenses?
Yes. We agree an approval threshold with you during onboarding. Any non-emergency work above that amount is sent to you for approval before we proceed.
Can you take over a property with existing tenants?
Yes. We can onboard occupied properties, review the current tenancy records, introduce the new management process to tenants, and organise ongoing rent and maintenance administration.
Can my team use the platform too?
We review each applicant using identity, employment, affordability, rental history, and landlord reference checks, then present qualified candidates for placement.
Can you help fill a vacant property?
Yes. We prepare the listing, arrange professional photography, market the property through relevant channels, coordinate viewings, and manage applicant screening.
How are urgent maintenance issues handled?
Tenants can report urgent issues directly to our team. We assess the situation, coordinate an appropriate contractor, and keep you informed according to the escalation process agreed during onboarding.
Can I switch from RMS to Agency later?
Yes. If you decide you no longer want to manage day-to-day operations yourself, our team can discuss moving your portfolio from the self-service platform to full-service management.
